This reminds me, I have an unused Snuggie somewhere in my apartment that I got at a yard sale a while ago. I’m off today so I will be turning myself into a burrito until tomorrow.
I’ve had some baller dreams now I’ve been on clonidine for a bit then started trying Valerian again. Clonidine helps prevent nightmares (so does prazosin, another blood pressure med) and valerian is famous for great sleep but with weirdly vivid dreams so I’ve just been having the craziest adventures every sleep for a bit and it’s great.
