It’s not a body cam. It’s a cellphone. This is important because the camera movements do not imply the same body movements as a body cam would.
It’s probably intentional. Using cellphones so they can exaggerate the danger they were in on their reports. If they even write reports. I don’t even think ICE agents know how to read.
