Bad news for NVIDIA, Meta's AI chip testing appears to be going well.

According to sources, Meta is testing its own AI training chips.

While still at a small scale, if successful the company would no longer need pallets of GPUs from NVIDIA for its AI needs.

Meta is reportedly working with TSMC to produce these chips.
