There’s lots of romance films made for men.
But they tend to be romance dramas, not romance comedies. For example:
* Jerry Maguire
* Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
* 500 Days of Summer
These tend to have slight comedic elements but the emphasis is on the drama.
However, there are exceptions like Groundhog Day but it felt like the focus was more on existential dread than the romance.
@movies
In the same vein as Groundhog Day, I would say Palm Springs is a good example as well
Fight club, all for Marla
He did love her like a grade school sweetheart
Edit: On further thought, there is the fact that
::: spoilers for Fight Club
he was both the chad and the incel in the end, so maybe a half romance

@atomicpoet @movies Made for men or made for people who like that kind of movie? My fellow likes things usually deemed as chick flicks, while I scew towards sci-fi and adventure. Gender labels are usually just made up to cater to what an individual prefers.
@CStamp @movies I agree with you about gender labels but the folks in charge of marketing departments tend to do lots of demographic targeting.
This isn’t to say you can’t like something because a marketing department doesn’t target you. I read romance novels that are clearly not written for me in mind. 😉
