Each passenger is offered the special opportunity to "upgrade" their flight experience with a recently cleaned and less horrible interior ambiance. If enough passengers opt in for this upgrade, the cabin will be cleaned. The fee is non-refundable, and the cleaning only gets done in the event that more that 75% of the passengers opt in.
