Conveniently, it’ll only report apps that actually work while completely ignoring anything google-related.
Only optimized spyware please.

Will they warn about Play Services?
(In case they are even enabled :D.)
Will it flag itself?
Of course no.
The Google Play app is not on Google Play, so that question doesn’t make sense. It couldn’t add the warning to a store listing that isn’t there.
Why though? Battery usage stats are already there, if the drain is noticable you’ll see that anyway.
Maybe, provide a tool so we can analyze this on device.
