We had two of these growing up. Pretty solid cars that were easy to work on and had long travel suspension so very popular in India, Africa and Australia.
Peugeot used to make amazing cars that rivalled Mercedes Benz in durability and comfort up until the 505, but after that shits gone downhill ever since.
