Ah so we‘ve reached the outbidding stage of the bubble where corporations try to snoop talent from rivals with increasingly larger options.
OK.
Anyway...
Who?
... And who?
Co-founder of OpenAI left the company and went to a rival AI company that currently has the best model. This could signify that he thinks OpenAI is a sinking ship.
Or that they have better benefits, deeper pockets, more of a challenge, will actually listen to him, etc. people change jobs all the time.
He's the co-founder of a wildly successful company though, not just a regular employee. It's definitely not normal for him to bail and work for the rival company.
It was more money.
It's always more money.
😂 ... No metrics means no "best".
