Do you only have to deal with this because you are posting to Lemmy.world, or does this bot transcend instances?
I haven’t quite sorted out how bots work here., since I have them all blocked by default..
Which also, if I understand correctly, means this bot isn’t properly registered as a bot, which is also very problematic..
It is registered as a bot and shows for me as a bot. I prefer to keep it around and heckle it as opposed to “out of sight out of mind.”
either you don't have "show bot accounts" disabled in your profile or you have discovered a lemmy bug. this account is marked as bot also when viewed from slrpnk.net. you most likely do not have show bot accounts disabled.
