I've been looking for a new launcher. Though this one isn't selling itself with no screenshots. I don't use telegram, so I don't know if there's screenshots in there.

Edit: They posted screenshots in the Google Play page. Found them.

I have also added F-Droid link in Post.

It looks so great they couldn't screenshot it or the server would have broken down in tears.

Looks nice, but very minimalisitc

Looks cool but I don't think it's finished yet. Most of the widgets don't seem to work, for instance.

I think we need more open source launchers, especially traditional ones.

I can recommend KISS Launcher :) it's available on f-droid

Will leave this one here in case anyone wants a look. A launcher called Neo Launcher, very smooth and customizable one.

That hasn't been updated in two years. Seems kinda dead if you ask me.

Which is a shame because I used to use that and it was great!

Oh good point...

Sorry to make you sad. :(

haha better to know that to not really, its just I had just used last week setting it all up - used multiple hours making it how i wanted it to be haha, oh well :>

Could you add just one or two screenshots please?

Lots of screenshots on Google Play and F-Droid pages, which are linked to from the gitlab.

Thanks, I didn’t check those, but then there’s even less reason to not have some screenshots in the repo imo

A list of features would be nice.

Is the calendar widget part of the launcher for example?

As long as it's not *yet another* "minimalist" launcher, i.e. ones that're basically each just a glorified apps list.

I'd personally love more launchers that use a tiling system, with built-in clock and/or weather widget.

Kind of like Focus Launcher with the Arcticons icon theme but, you know, with less moon and more grid.

The *Ion* launcher for TI-83 calculators has existed since 1999. Why did the Android port take so long? /s

Is everything supposed to be black and white? Also, how does one access the purported customisability? I can't seem to find a settings option anywhere, and the readme.me is just a vague list of selling points.

Edit: NVM, figured it out. For anyone else wondering, long press on the desktop and select "Tweaks" from the menu that pops up.

This looks neat. It'll be sweat it it could get - tap gestures (double tap -> launch app) - Use app shortcuts as icons in pins (My apps shortcut instead of play store app) - lock desktop mode

Will use this instead of Neo for a few days to see how it goes.

F droid webpage gives 503 here

Working for me.

Maybe it is my lemmy client, I copied and it worked, thanks ╰(▔∀▔)╯
