All empty spaces should be shot glasses filled with water to help avoid a hangover.
Probably better to have a single normal glass you drink from whenever you miss, finding and filling that many water shot glasses would be pain

Depends on what’s in the glasses. Probably wouldn’t want to do it with neat liquor.
Does remind me of a scene in MAS*H where Hawkeye and…I think it was Beejay?..were playing checkers with shots. They drank everything they captured. One gets across the board and he says “King me.” and the other puts an olive in the glass. One has clear liquor (presumably their homemade gin) and the other has a brown liquor, apparently whiskey.
I would recommend “kinging” the whiskey glasses with a cherry rather than an olive.
Considering that the goal of drinking games is to get you drunk I think it’s ironic that the winning team in almost all of these games is the one that drinks the least.

I have played this before you need a team of 2-4 to play it. We used fireball but also allowed for some water shots as well
