JemmyA Newbie has to choose between 2 servers (and is lost) !

The newbie (me..) can choose between 2 servers Dell R610 & Dell R720 (for free)
Basically I don't know how to choose.. I've read both specs, R720 looks better but I'm not sure, since I only want to host a few services \~5, maybe that's overkill (maybe not)
Could someone guide me a little please ?
