Democrat Sarah McBride is expected to make history next week as the first openly transgender person elected to the U.S. Congress.

Maybe now national news outlets can finally interview a trans person for their pieces about whether trans people should exist. As it stands, it’s easier to get on cable news or an interview in The NY Times if you’re a white supremacist or even some old fuck in a swing state diner.
Brace yourselves for there will most likely be profanity on C-SPAN in the future, and you know where that profanity will come from.
C-SPAN implemented a three second delay in 2016 Sadly we'll never hear an f bomb on there again.
Profanity? In terms of four-letter words, I doubt it. But I could absolutely see a conservative house making political hay by deadnaming her and refusing to use her correct pronouns on the House floor.
