The wall is there to ride on. He just hit it with his body instead of his bike.

I hate to be this guy but the body imprint on the wall was obviously purposely added. You can see how they wiped away the snow

They didn't drive into the wall, it's a mountain biking thing where they ride the wall itself, but since it's snowed they slipped and fell fown

That's why it's called "art"

I do not get it. What is it showing us?

Mountain biking track. The guy rode up on the wall, *splat* into the snow, then slid down to their current position, leaving a human-shaped outline on the snowy wall

Ah, I did not get that since that would leave different marks, so it did not add up to me. Thank you for explaining.

yeah it's been set up to look that way. although i do love the idea that the outline looks like that because he *splat*ed against the wall and bounced clean off.
