Jemmy"Install anyway?" Question on every update

Is there a way to trust Fdroid to run the updates semi automatically? Every time there are updates to apps I need to answer twice for each app that I am sure that I want to update it. And sometimes the update fails and I have to do it over and over tp get the updates installed.
The new auto update setting is working fine for me. Did a recent install and made sure all the apps I installed didn't have the warning that it couldn't auto update, and I haven't been prompted to update at all.
What phone and OS are you running?
