It's really nice of them to collect the best piracy sites into an easy to navigate list! They even have proper linking between the index and PDF pages, that is some quality work.

Way to go, Canada! You're on the list (physical market).

Pacific Mall, Toronto

You know, they aren't wrong. (Well at least this was well known when I was younger. IDK I thought it was cleaned up a bit in the last decade.)

Page not found!

Edit: I was able to manually navigate to home then the list.

Wow, fitgirl must be really big now.

What site is that?

Just asking so I know what to avoid.

I'm surprised it isn't like the Diabolical list sponsored by Amazons The Boys coming to streaming this spring!

As it is not mentioned by OP : anime site it's speaking about is HiAnime.

Excerpt :

HiAnime, the world's biggest anime piracy streaming site, is now one of the newest additions to the U.S. government's annual list of notorious piracy and counterfeiting markets.

Thanks! Been looking for a good one since 9anime died. Glad the government did all the work in finding and recommending replacement. Been hopping around for a while.

Oh yay it's not nyaa

Yeah, I'm just glad the popularity of streaming sites keeps eyes off the torrent scene.

Salute to our streaming bros for being human shields for us.

the more convenient something is, the more its going to be targetted. people are lazy to (optionally) get a vpn(depending on jurisdiction), download and watch their content.

Original Nyaa died years ago, this is the revived Nyaa.

id imagine Sony is behind this given they have the most to lose from anime piracy specifically in the U.S

If they keep attacking all my favorite streaming sites then I guess I'll have to finally figure out this torrenting and Usenet thing.
